NEW YORK, June 1, 2018 — Jon Fitzgerald, former President of Hackensack University Medical Center Foundation, is now President, Infinia Advisory Services, at Infinia Group, a New York based brand consultancy.
“I’m delighted to be joining Infinia; it’s a great fit,” said Mr. Fitzgerald. “Infinia has a strong reputation in the sectors which have defined my career to date.”
An extremely successful senior executive fundraiser with previous experience as chief marketing officer for prestigious academic, medical and higher education institutions – from HUMC Foundation to Henry Ford Health System to Nationwide Children’s Hospital Foundation and Emory University – Mr. Fitzgerald will lead business development and client strategy as Infinia looks to consolidate and expand its offerings in healthcare, academia and the not-for-profit sectors.
“Jon has a deep understanding of the business and marketing communications challenges unique to the industries we work in,” commented Ron Cappello, Infinia CEO. “His expertise and perspective can only make our services in these sectors stronger and more valuable. We already share the mindset that, whatever the message and expression, they have to be led by business strategy for optimum results.”
Mr. Fitzgerald has a proven strategic and tactical background that has enabled him not only to build advancement programs within institutions, but also develop productive relationships across all levels of an enterprise and the respective communities it serves.
Mr. Fitzgerald concludes: “So much of my work has been helping people relate to a cause so they understand and can enhance its value – institutions, audiences and stakeholders alike. It’s exciting to tackle a similar communications challenge, but from the brand consultancy rather than the client perspective.”
