Business Development Director
Persephone brings to Infinia a rounded, international perspective and extensive experience within the professional services sector.
Formerly an executive recruiter at Korn/Ferry International, New York, Persephone led senior-level search assignments in the asset management, real estate and investment banking sectors as well as the private equity and hedge fund communities.
As director of marketing at Sextant Search Partners, she managed the firm's rebranding process, communications strategy, and business development materials.
Before her career in executive search, Persephone spent three years in the non-profit sector as a public health program coordinator for the Open Society Institute/Soros Foundation, overseeing a multi-million dollar grant in Russia and a coalition of interests to combat the global spread of tuberculosis and HIV.
Educated at the University of London (School of Oriental and African Studies) and Harvard University, she received a Masters in Islamic History and an A.B. in Medieval History and Literature. Persephone has also taught at the American International School in Cairo, Egypt.
