Nathan complements his account management skills with a detailed appreciation and knowledge of strategy implementation. Which is why we shamelessly poached him from Draftfcb in Chicago.

As Digital Research Associate & Account Executive, his responsibilities spanned CRM campaign development for a global automotive client, monitoring the effectiveness of social media, customer retention and DM programs, as well as coordinating logistics and account operations for a 30-person team.

Previously, he interned with digital entertainment agency VerveLife, Inc and Autodesk, Inc., the dimensional design software company, in Beijing, where he created a successful customer loyalty magazine.

A Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago, Nathan has worked and lived in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong and studied in London. Little, however, will have prepared him for the foosball-centric delights of Infinia's second floor.
